Can I be invoiced VAT exempt?
We can invoice VAT exempt however we require your local VAT number.
How do I arrange to pay for my order?
If you are a VAT payer you will receive an email with an invoice. Else you could pay directly on our website. If you would like another payment option, please contact us at [email protected]
How can I track my order?
Once you’ve completed your payment we’ll send you an Order Confirmation email as well as an email to let you know when we’ve dispatched your order with a tracking number via Royal Mail or DPD.
Are these certified that they will really work?
Yes, each available mask has a certification from our manufacturers that is 100% authentic and government approved. We can send documents upon request.
How long will it take my order to arrive?
Standard delivery time within Europe takes 2-5 working days. Please note that due to the Covid-19, delivery supply partners and local post offices may experience delays which can affect the estimated delivery time. We are working hard on shortening the delivery times for everyone.
Can I mix mask types in my order?
